The newest product family of cabel glande created from PFLITSCH, the blueglobe® series offers a flexible decision for industrial machines and systems. The high quality materials, special "globe" shape of the sealing and great variety of inlet diameters allows using these cable glands in industrial systems, where cable protection is necessary.

  • Body: Nickel plated brass, stainless steel or Polyamide (plastic), RoHS and WEEE compatible;

  • Sealing: TPE, blue, operating temperature -40 ÷ 130 °Ñ, UL94HB, RoHS and WEEE compatible;

  • Type of protection: IP68, up to 15 bar and EN 50262 Class B;

  • Removable inlet for larger cable diameters;

  • Patented „globe” shape of the sealing for perfect protection.

Modular system with great number of  individually combinable components, it is possible to choose most suitable configuration for your application. The UNI Dicht series offer a variety of sealings for different types of cables all fitting in same outlet. You can combine the seal type and material with appropriate outlet material to achieve the level of protection that you need.

 

 

  • Body: Brass, Al, steel, Zinc  or plastic (Polyamide, PVDF);

  • Sealing: PVC, TPE, TPE-V, silicon;

  • Type of protection: IP65, IP68;

  • A diversity of sealing types for different cables - flat, cylindrical, sealings for multiple cables and ect.

  • Optional cable protections for mechanical stress (strain, bending).

A high-quality addition to standard Uni Dicht series cable glands, with high protection level, the UNI Dicht Ex cable glands can be used in high-risk areas and can be installed safely into explosion-proof units with protection types “e”.

 

  • Body: Brass, steel or plastic (PVDF);

  • ATEX 95 certificated explosion-protected devices;

  • Type of protection: IP65, IP68;

  • Single and multiply cable glands;

  • Special glands for shielded cables for improved EMC.

Cable glands for shielded cables with improved EMC protection. The PFLITSCH propriety technology for cable shield connection, with special spring ring UNI IRIS allows fast installation and safe connection to the devices body.

 

  • Body: Nickel plated brass;

  • Sealing: TPE-V;

  • Steel spring ring UNI IRIS for easy cable shield connection;

  • Type of protection: IP68 to 10 bar.

  • Options for Continuous or Stripped outer sheath or braid.
