Integrated Circuit Protectors - ICP series

 

These overcurrent protectors have superior cutoff characteristic and effectively protect devices and circuits. Major failure cause of LSI is short circuit load. ROHM over current protection elements show small AC/DC resistance against up to rated current but quickly and safely shut off the circuit against overcurrent. They are small and light weight.

Features:
